Make RequestThis page enables a Guest to request Equipment or Services. Guests should fill out as many of the fields as appropriate. When a Guest submits the Request, the Request is saved in the Pending Requests list, and is also emailed to the Reservation manager. Availability CalendarGuests can check on the availability of Equipment before they submit the Request by clicking the Number Sign (Pound Sign) next to each Equipment Type. This pops up a small calendar that will display the number of available pieces of Equipment for the next 4 weeks. Note that the Availability Calendar can take up to 30 seconds to display. |
